This August we went to Ecuador to visit family, friends and to say good bye to Wendy’s grandma.
Our heart is so grateful to be able to connect with most people that have been part of our journey and Wendy’s journey with Jesus before we got married. We are grateful to God to each one of them that has put so much love into our family, always welcoming us with their arms wide open.
Our Team and Ministry
This summer we had outreach teams coming and serving in different towns in Cornwall. We had the SDBS (School of Discipleship Bible Studies), Counselling School from Switzerland that came to serve churches with counselling, TRED Dance who did evangelism in different towns in Cornwall including Creation Fest and Calling All Skaters DTS who came to serve in Creation Fest.
Celebration
During our time in Ecuador we were able to run a weekend seminar with our church there. It was amazing to see how God spoke into the lives of so many through the seminar. Pray for God to continue to bring freedom in the lives of all those who were part of this weekend.
We are so grateful to all those who have donated financially towards our trip to Ecuador. God is so faithful that we have seen it covered to the full. This is big, as we thought that because it was quite a last minute decision we weren’t sure how to see this happen, but we remembered God saying I will cover to the full and He did. What a lesson for us to see that when we don’t see immediately we start wondering if we heard right, but He shows us one more time that when He speaks, He fulfils HIs word.
Monthly Support
We are very grateful to everybody that is part of our regular support, without this we would not be able to disciple in Cornwall and lead at YWAM Immerse. We are just under halfway to reach our monthly budget goal. This goal could be split in different ways but one example of different giving would help us reach this goal. We are going to be doing a fundraising during Christmas for our yearly or monthly support.
We have recently been praying and as a way for us to see the ministry grow in Cornwall we are sensing we need to find our own home to live. We have really been blessed living in the YWAM house these past years alongside the singles who are on staff and hosting schools and teams. YWAM Immerse is needing to see more space for single staff and trainees as we get ready for our DTS in May. So as a family if we are able to move to a separate accommodation it will make more space within the YWAM house.
We would love you to be part of this journey and be a part of God’s work in Cornwall and the nations. Would you pray and see if you can be one of the monthly seeds or a one off towards our yearly needs to see us reach our needed budget. Any amount is greatly received and makes a big difference in our ministry to Cornwall and the nations.
