I normally don’t like going into cold water (still the latino in me), but felt that this is a season to enter new waters… Today, is my last day debriefing 9 years of ministry in Cornwall and this prayer came to my attention. As I go through this process.
Help me to journey beyond the familiar and into the unknown.
Give me the faith to leave old ways and break fresh ground with you.
Christ of the mysteries, I trust you to be strong than each storm with me.
I will trust you in the darkness and know that my times, even now, are in your hand.
Tune my Spirit to the music of heaven,
and somehow, make my obedience count for you.
